The story
Fuxing, once called Kulangpu, was renamed for 'wealth and prosperity' and grew around Longsheng Temple. Its old tea factory, which made Emei's famous Oriental Beauty tea, is now the Fuxing Tea Culture Museum. Few old houses remain on the street apart from the century-old Zeng family residence; it suits a slow cycling loop with Emei Lake.
