The story
Sanwan ('third bend') is named after the third meander of the Zhonggang River, and the old street sits right at that bend as the township's original market lane. It is quiet and rarely more than a passing mention in travel guides; the township is better known for its summer pears. A short stop on the way to Nanzhuang.
